Refund Policy

Cloud LXR Properties LLC

Effective Date: 1/15/2026

Cloud LXR Properties LLC (“Cloud LXR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide a high-quality experience for all guests. Due to the nature of short-term vacation rentals, we maintain the following refund policy.

1. Reservation & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

Standard Cancellation Terms

  • More than 60 days before arrival:
    Full refund of all payments minus a $500 administrative fee.

  • 31–60 days before arrival:
    Refund of 50% of total rental charges.

  • 30 days or fewer before arrival:
    No refund.

3. Early Departure / No-Shows

  • No refunds are issued for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.

  • Unused nights are non-refundable.

4. Weather, Acts of Nature & Force Majeure

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Weather conditions (rain, snow, ice, temperature, etc.)

  • Natural events (storms, power outages, insects, wildlife)

  • Acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel disruptions

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Property Issues

If a significant issue arises that materially impacts habitability and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe:

  • Cloud LXR Properties LLC may, at its discretion, provide a partial or full refund for affected nights only.

  • Minor inconveniences (internet interruptions, appliance issues, temporary maintenance needs) do not qualify for refunds.

Guests must notify us immediately to allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Security Deposit

  • No security deposit is required; all payments are taken upon booking.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Agreement to Policy

By booking and staying at a Cloud LXR Properties LLC rental, guests acknowledge and agree to any and all policies including this Refund Policy
